Volunteer Opportunities

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us make the Springfield Symphony Orchestra’s season a success!

Whether you’re passionate about music, community engagement, or just want to be part of an incredible event, we’d love to have you on board. Volunteers assist with a variety of tasks, including ushering, event setup, and guest services.

If you’re interested in joining us, please indicate which shows you’d like to volunteer at, and we’ll find the perfect role for you. Your support will help bring live music to life in our community!

    Volunteer Details

    When you agree to volunteer, please meet at the Will Call table (same side of the Box Office) 1.5 hours before the start of the concert so we can provide the info needed for a successful night.

    Dress code is white top and black bottoms or all black &endash; no images or graphics please (very small logos are ok). Don’t forget comfortable shoes!

    The volunteer task itself ends 15 mins after the performance starts. You are more than welcome to stay for the concert, but absolutely feel free to leave if need be. If interested, you’ll receive one or two free tickets per volunteer on concert night. Please be sure to specify how many you’d like so we can have them set aside ahead of time.
