Kati Hensel is an accomplished, creative, and energetic fundraising professional with 19 years of experience in philanthropy, community relations, and corporate engagement. With her passion for driving meaningful change through collaboration and relationship-building combined with her love of music, Kati is grateful to have found a home at Springfield Symphony Orchestra.
Previously she has worked at non-profits such as United Way, Hartford Stage, and Leadership Greater Hartford in various roles from administrative to director-level.
Kati lives in Connecticut with her family. A graduate of the University of Hartford, she loves to read, write, and volunteer with her alma mater and various recovery-based organizations. Kati has played classical piano for over 32 years. Her crippling stage fright makes her appreciate the musicians at SSO even more.
