As you may have heard, due to COVID-19 the Symphony is delaying the start of the 2020-2021 concert season, while we are awaiting guidance from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Springfield on when we will be allowed to reopen. In the meantime, we want to ensure that we are providing you with the best possible entertainment experience moving forward. We strive to ensure that our subscribers, single ticket buyers, donors, and friends feel connected, appreciated, and fulfilled.
With that in mind, we’re taking this opportunity to reach out and ask for your help. Will you please take 10 minutes to complete this anonymous survey?
We hope to:
• Learn what we are doing well and what can we improve
• Understand your experiences and priorities as our patrons and donors
• Hear your perspectives on how the SSO can be even more important to the western Massachusetts community
Please answer candidly. It will only take about 10 minutes to complete the survey. You may complete the survey online with your phone, iPad, or computer. Your time is valuable and so is your voice.
Everyone who completes the survey will be able to enter a drawing to win one of SIX $50 gift certificates to Nadim’s Downtown Mediterranean Grill in Springfield!
This anonymous survey is being conducted by our independent partner, Rainmaker Consulting. All feedback and insights will be shared with the SSO’s Senior Leadership Team and Board. To maintain anonymity, the survey responses and names collected for the gift certificate drawing will be completely separate.
The survey will remain open through Thursday, July 16th, 2020. We’ll send out a couple of friendly reminders before closing the survey. If you have any questions or difficulties completing this survey, please email Beth Spong directly at beth@rainmkr.com.
Thank you for supporting the SSO!
With gratitude on behalf of the Springfield Symphony,
Susan Beaudry, Executive Director
Robyn Newhouse, SSO Board President
