An American Celebration was a true testament to our great nation and honored the extraordinary veterans and military members who proudly serve. The orchestra evoked those feelings of pride and patriotism, with a spectacular backdrop of music by Copland, Gershwin, Jennifer Higdon, and our guest conductor Peter Boyer. The evening was a wonderful experience for all, both onstage and in the audience, making Symphony Hall come alive with music, spirit, and a sea of red, white, and blue!
