As Director of Finance & HR, Charlotte Wiggett relies on her knowledge obtained from her years in the aerospace, manufacturing, safety, EAP, government, and non-profit industries. Whether it be resolving an issue as a facilitator or implementing an efficiency process, she has risen to the top. During her 24-year tenure working with various departments of State and Federal governments, Charlotte has honed her negotiating skills by winning a multi-year, $500,000 contract with the Marines at the Pentagon Annex. Charlotte has been the lead point-person on process improvement teams which enhanced her presentation techniques. Charlotte wrote the software manual for an EAP program which she marketed at various trade shows from Boston to Oklahoma. In each of the corporations as HR Manager she revised the personnel manual and expanded the benefit programs. Charlotte has taken on Accounting and Finance roles from Accounting Supervisor, Fiscal Officer, Controller to Director of Finance. 

In her Finance roles she has reduced overdue Receivables by 90%, implemented electronic accounting and payroll software, created various spreadsheets, presented at BOD meetings, and held payment trainings for 300 contracted employees in Washington D.C. 

Charlotte attributes her successes in her career to three beliefs:

  • Managers are NOT great because of their accomplishments but the accomplishments of the employees.
  • Great employees become great when they feel valued and respected.
  • Perception IS Reality.

When Charlotte is not in front of a computer, you can find her relaxing with a cup of Earl Grey surrounding by her black cats. She is an avid movie-lover and fan of Stephen King.
