Springfield Symphony Orchestra Performance Policies
Our goal is for every partron to fully enjoy their Springfield Symphony Orchestra experience!
Late Seating: Those arriving late to a performance will be asked to wait for an appropriate time to enter the house, and will be seated in the rear of the Hall between works, at the discretion of the House Manager, so as not to disturb fellow audience members or the orchestra. Patrons will be allowed to return to their ticketed seats during intermission. Those who wish to leave before the end of the concert are requested to do so between works, so as not to disturb others.
Children: Children under the age of 4 years are not permitted in the Hall or Lobbies of Springfield Symphony Hall on SSO concert nights. All children ages between 4-17 years must have a ticket for the performance.
Refunds: Except for cancelled events, there are no refunds on ticket purchases. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Single tickets cannot be exchanged. All single ticket sales are final.
