Group discounts are applicable on adult single tickets, for groups of 10+ attending the same concert. Youth (ages 4-17 years) and college student tickets already are reduced. No additional discount applies. A $2 per-ticket service charge will be added. A 25% deposit is required at least two weeks in advance.

Ticket Prices Include FREE, Secure Concert-Night Parking...
at SPA (Springfield Parking Authority) I-91 South and I-91 North garages, and the Tower Square / Marriott (Standard Parking) garage at the intersection of East Columbus Avenue and Boland Way. Simply present that evening's concert ticket stub upon exiting these garages, and the parking's on us!

How Do I Order? Contact the SSO Box Office (information above) to reserve your group tickets. We can help you with seating options, as well as suggestions regarding planning a pre-concert or post-concert dinner or reception.

When Should I Order? Advance ordering is the key to the best seating! Group tickets for the upcoming 2016-2017 concert season go on sale Monday, August 22nd. We suggest you contact us as soon as you've selected your concert. A final count, and full payment (cash, check or credit card) is due at least 1 week before your concert. There are no refunds or exchanges after you pay.

Can I Change My Order? You can adjust your order to include more or fewer people when you call to reserve your tickets. Once payment is received, we cannot refund money or change your concert date.

Can We Sit Together? Of course! We’ll do our best to seat your group in your desired location, depending on ticket availability. We recommend you reserve early for best seating options.

How Do I Get Our Tickets? After final payment is made, you may visit the SSO Box Office to pickup your tickets. If time permits, we can also mail your tickets to you.

Can We Conduct a Fundraiser for our Group Using SSO Tickets? Yes!! Purchase a block of SSO tickets at the group rate (minimum 10 tickets for any given performance), and re-sell them to members of your organization or community at face value - and you'll reap up to a 20% profit!
