Whether it’s date-night, an evening out with friends, or an event for the whole family – there’s nothing like a Springfield Symphony Orchestra concert! Single tickets are available for all performances.
All regular season SSO Concerts are held at Springfield Symphony Hall (34 Court Street, Springfield MA 01103), a classic 2,600 capacity theater renowned for its “perfect acoustics” and Greek Revival architecture.

Print @ Home tickets: With print-at-home delivery, patrons no longer have to worry about lost or misplaced tickets. Simply print your tickets at home or have them scanned directly from your mobile device. (By turning up the brightness on your phone screen you’ll be able to scan your ticket barcode quickly and easily, getting you into the venue quicker.)
Advance Youth Tickets (ages 4-17) are ½ price with the purchase of an Adult ticket.
We are proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by broadening accessibility to cultural programming.
Patrons who use wheelchairs: Wheelchair seating is available on the main floor. The wheelchair accessible entrance faces East Columbus Avenue with drop off and limited parking available on the avenue. Community Rush Tickets: The Springfield Symphony Orchestra makes a limited number of seats available at the Box Office 1.5 hours before our 6 Classical concerts at the event venue (Symphony Hall). Rush tickets are $35. Youth Tickets (ages 4-17) and College Student Tickets (valid ID required) are $10. Community Rush sales close 30 minutes before showtime. All tickets are subject to availability. Seating is at the discretion of the Box Office. Please note that the number of available tickets varies by performance and there is a limit of one ticket per person for each purchase.
Single Ticket Refunds/Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a concert, you may donate your ticket to the SSO for a tax receipt. To receive tax credit, donated tickets must be called in to or emailed to the SSO office at 413-733-2291 or boxoffice@springfieldsymphony.org by 4pm on the day of the concert.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates: The SSO sells gift certificates which are good for ticket amounts, season ticket amounts, or by dollar amount. To purchase a gift certificate, call the SSO office at 413-733-2291. Gift Certificates have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
