Meet the Musicians: High School Edition

Greetings all,

With the conflicts and snow, we will be postponing our Meet the Musicians: High School Edition program for Thursday, January 18, and will be rescheduling for later this season.

Our next installment will take place:

WHERE:  Springfield Symphony Hall
WHO:  Springfield Symphony Orchestra musicians and Maestro Kevin Rhodes
WHAT: In conjunction with our "Vivaldi & Beethoven" classical concert performance on Saturday, February 10, 2018, your students can take their knowledge of music and bring it to Springfield Symphony Hall for a chance to meet the members of your very own Springfield Symphony Orchestra up close, personal and free of charge!

On the day before select classical concerts, high school students are given unprecedented access to Springfield Symphony musicians for in-depth personal conversation about music and careers and will be able to watch the rehearsal and attend the following night’s performance. The 2017-2018 Season will include high-tech additions to enhance the learning experience. Students may attend through their local school on Nov. 2, 2017, and two additional dates in 2018.
